History
Smart Compliance was founded in response to a growing demand for a reliable and effective AML compliance service for Estate Agents. We understand that compliance is a crucial aspect of business, and we strive to provide our clients with a service that they can trust.
Our story began when Agents approached Lifetime Legal for a compliance solution. To address this need, we created a solution that offered Estate Agents a fully managed, end to end service and a HMRC guarantee. This new service was launched as Smart Compliance, and it operates independently of Lifetime Legal’s conveyancing service.
