Rachel Searley is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in estate planning and legal operations. She began her career as a will-writing executive and gained valuable sales experience before joining our company in 2016. As Head of Estate Planning and subsequently Head of Membership and Legal Operations, Rachel has demonstrated her expertise in the legal field. Recently promoted to Membership Director, she continues to implement innovative strategies, building on her experience as the former Head of Operations. Rachel holds a degree in criminology and criminal justice, along with an advanced certificate in will preparation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Her extensive knowledge of legal operations and exceptional leadership skills make her an invaluable member of our team.
