Sarah Sendall

Sarah Sendall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical operations, and human resources management. After completing her studies at university in Edinburgh, she began her career as a mental health nurse, dedicating 15 years to frontline healthcare across London, Australia, and Scotland. During this time, she developed expertise in community mental health, inpatient forensics, and substance abuse treatment, gaining invaluable insight into supporting individuals through complex challenges.

She then transitioned into healthcare governance, spending five years within NHS Clinical Governance at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, where she managed complaints, clinical negligence claims, and coroners court proceedings whilst developing strong analytical skills through extensive data management. Her career evolved into the pharmaceutical industry, where she worked for five years with leading companies including Novartis/Sandoz and Takeda, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Sarah joined LTL in 2020 and successfully transitioned into project management and HR roles before advancing to Head of People. Her diverse background in mental health, clinical governance, pharmaceutical operations, and project management creates a comprehensive skill set that directly translates to understanding employee needs and fostering a supportive workplace culture, making her an invaluable member of our team.
